At Chef & a Knife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused cutlery or cookware in its original box, ensuring all protective blade guards and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
